What is Protocol Builder?

Protocol Builder is a secure cloud based application that helps improve the quality and consistency of protocols to make internal and IRB review processes more efficient. It can be accessed on desktops, laptops, and iPads through an app available in the iTunes store (licensing agreement is required). It is available to institutions of any size through a licensing agreement or single users via subscription.

How do I sign in?

If you’re signing in for the first time, click the registration link that was emailed to you and follow the instructions. If you can’t find the link, please call the Help Desk at 844-563-1042.
If you’ve already registered, click here to sign in with your email address and password. If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link.

How do I download the iTunes App?

You can download the Protocol Builder app at the iTunes App Store. Once it’s downloaded, you’ll need to sign in with your email address and password. A licensing agreement is required to use the app.

How can I get help using Protocol Builder?

There is a simple user guide available in the application, which you can access by clicking the Help icon in the top right corner of any screen. If you’re having technical issues, please call the Help Desk at 844-563-1042 from 9:00am – 6:00pm EST to PST, Monday through Friday.
